openEMR application performance

Situation
We have deployed openEMR 5 application in Azure cloud, the performance of the application is very slow compared to openEMR website. Can you please suggest a recommended environment for better performance?

Few functionalities like billing, patient/client taking around 20 seconds, whereas in openEMR website the performance is very good.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 5

Browser:
Any browser

Operating System
Azure cloud

Logs
Nothing in the logs is suspicious, the entire application is slow.

Is this based on Windows OS? If so, guessing related to the database/innodb settings. See here for optimization tips: V5.0.0 too slow on Windows

I like the AWS Standard Version (you will need to upgrade the 5.0.1 until 5.0.2 is available as a subscription on AWS) is pretty fast.
