Openemr api client created with wrong creds or not giving user and password

when incorrect cred or not passing username and password it creates api client
but when using 9300 it gives an error but in the live platform, opener is hosted in 443 and still creates new clients with wrong creds

@Maitrak_Nirmal API client registration did not need the user name and password.
