OpenEMR and blood pressure devices

Situation
I am researching the possibility of integrating blood pressure readings wirelessly from omron devices into OpenEMR. Is anyone already doing anything like this in OpenEMR?

I’m using OpenEMR version 6.0 (Linux)

Browser:
I’m using: Firefox and Chrome

Operating System
I’m using: Windows 11, 10, and linux virtual machine on Vmware Esxi host.

Logs
Did you check the logs?
Was there anything pertinent in them?

Are these as “patient reported” values to be imported as part of medical record or is the machine going to be in the clinic for collecting vitals?

The ultimate goal is to of course be able to have the patients monitor and track their BP through an APP which can interface with wireless Omron BP devices. Has anyone among the OpenEMR Development community done any work in this area? Perhaps maybe even going as far as enabling patients through the Patient Portal to upload their self monitored and track BP by way of the Omron API?
