FHIR APIs: CDX has a PR (11507) adding a number of FHIR write endpoints. Looking for any possible history as to why this doesn’t already exist. Some of it comes to the audit process, notably patient records going to the right place. Est. $80k+ in dev costs. There’s a lot of complexity that comes out of this in terms of audit trails and such.
