CCDA Service: found some concurrency issues that make an optional split problematic. Existing deployment might also be affected? We still want to look at a native PHP conversion, but the level of effort is fairly high. Fairly long discussion ensued; short version is that if we can integrate the official testing suite (https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda has more info) we may be able to iterate our way through and eventually switch over.
