- Velocity of recent changes is difficult to keep up with, and have introduced some regressions though a net positive overall
- This turned into a long, heated discussion.
- Modules work is ongoing, but there are a lot of soft-blockers that need to be addressed (some technical, some more community decision-making). Issue #9981 outlines most of the project. PR #10144 is a starting point, though it only addresses CLI tools for now since they’re the most straightfoward. The heavy-hitters (API especially) really need DBAL, DI, and front-controller work complete, which have their own blockers.
