Release: Brady cannot make release tomorrow, will defer 8.1.0 until next week.
Payments: we came across some apparently long-standing issues with processing - they should be resolved?
Inferno tests: we’ve been getting false-passes in CI for quite a while. Working to restore full functionality and address any gaps. I think we’re pretty close to getting there, but each small fix tends to reveal a new issue. Several fixes likely to get picked into 8.1.0 release.
Backup script: long discussion here about the security implications and maintainability of this. We intend to remove it, and replace it with instructions on how to do the steps yourself. Long-term aim to simplify backup procedure which would obsolete a lot of what it handled (or tried to).
