OpenEMR 7.0.4 Unable to Download PDF for Encounters & Forms in Report

Situation
Hello,

The generated report in OpenEMR and the downloaded PDF did not include any Encounters and Forms even though the boxes were checked. It happened with standard OpenEMR forms and also custom LBF form. OpenEMR demo has the same problem. Please see attached screenshot.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.0.4.

You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All

Hi @ninjatx This has bee broken on and off for several different versions over time. I’ll look into and let everyone know here what I discover.

This is working as I remember it to work even renders most mime type documents in report. What am I missing? I noted in your screenshot an encounter

I am thinking it is the checkbox, if I click Clinical Notes Form I get the note:

If I click Please indicate:

It is not downloading the notes:

This is nuts. Just works for me however I select checks. I’m in dev master though on windows so I’ll need to do all the necessary grunt stuff env, version or holding tongue just right etc.
