Version 3.0.1.3 is our most recent development version, and is considered UNSTABLE. Definitely great if you test it or evaluate, but don’t recommend using it in a production environment yet (lots of active development going on right now). To download this version (this is actually a daily updated snapshot of our UNSTABLE development version) for Windows here is the download page:

(It’s the ‘openemr-cvs.zip’ file in the ‘Unstable Development Releases’ section)

You’ll note you can also download our most recent stable official release, 3.0.1, also from the download page. For this version, the easiest install be far is using the Windows OpenEMR XAMPP package release.

I got an error when i am trying create a new patient. The new patient record is not created.
The error is like this:

I’m assuming windows.
Did you use the XAMPP-OpenEMR package?
Any other modification afetr you installed openemr?
