Option to use date of service as invoice date
Mark-as-cleared can now be used for posting cash patients (no need to run billing)
Quantity in invoices is now always 1 regardless of units
Interactive patient notes feature
List of authorizations can be turned off for selected providers
Repeated calendar events can now have a frequency
Find-patient panel now uses the event editor popup
Popup feature to find and add insurance companies within patient demographics
Support for deleting immunizations
Initial framework for foreign language support
Preliminary billing export feature
Some minor cosmetic improvements
Assorted bug fixes
