Hello Did anyone experiance having openemr 5.0 crash unable to start MySQlL/Apache crashes

thanks, maybe a firewall issue
Most likely firewall but to be safe might want to check mysql error log and also verify user/password/port is correct in both mysql config and sites/default/sqlconfig.php
edit: also ensure allow port(3306) in router (if local hosting) did not somehow get reset. It happens!
