@ncavalier @cverk Yes the tuning does help but still gives a perception of slower loading(vs v501) from calendar or patient picker because v502 doesn’t immediately switch to new tab like v501 or v6.0.(next rel) . Instead waits for most of new/existing tab to load before showing.
I may change but doubtful.
This is best I can do for now but may add more tuning changes in upcoming/future patches. I just hope tuning for patch 4 helps you folks some…
In my Linux installation its unfortunately didn’t made any changes.
I just reinstalled back to 5.01, working fast no any problems. If we don’t have any other choices, will just wait for new 503 version.
I don’t understand but the benchmarks i’ve run definitely is 40 -50% faster so…

Please let me know, if I need to install all patches - 2,3,4, or just can install latest Patch 4

You can just install patch 4 and it will have the others. On any official patch we release, this will be true. ie all the preceding patches.

The problem with older version of EMR resolved with installation of patch 4.
Both EMR system’s working very good now.
