hey,
I’m assuming you’ve upgraded from a previous OpenEMR version (let me know if this is not true). If you make a new user/physician, then they will be assigned to the “Outlook” calendar by default. Your old users will keep their previously assigned calendars. Note that it is simple to change a users calender in the Administrations->Users screen.

Thanks. Correct. I did an upgrade from 3.1. I just try a new user it uses the new default. Subsequently modify the old user in the Administrations->Users screen.  Thanks
