OFFSITE Portal Registration problem

arnabnaha wrote on Saturday, February 07, 2015:

Hi Zh Healthcare

I installed a brand new copy of openemr with completely new database as a test site on my server. After the successful installation, i went to administrations and portal and clicked the “enable offsite portal” option.

After saving, there appeared the Patient portal option in the left nav menu, but on clicking it it showed a white page of death. It should have shown me the registration form, but instead it showed a complete white page.

MY TEST SITE Address is: http://nahahealthclinic.no-ip.org/openemrtest

Username: admin
Password: pass

Kindly check out the issue!

Can’t connect to test site.

What’s in the error logs?

Sorry…My server was down…its up and running…you can check it out now…The error log shows nothing.

Hi Arnab,

Connected to the test site & everything seems to be fine.

Hi fsgl…
This is the mydocsportal page…I am not talking about this…You have to login to openemr…then in the left nav see the “Portal Activity” tab…click on it…then see…it will give you a white page…

Arnab,

Earlier in the day, I logged into your test site, click Portal Activity & was taken to the off-site Portal as depicted in my previous post.

I just reviewed the setup video & it’s strange that the login page appeared instead of the registration page if you had not registered your practice beforehand.

Your site is down again, so I can’t replicate navigating to the ZH Portal from within your test site nor am I able to take a look at Globals.

Hi fsgl…
I have shutdown my server for the night…will switch on in the morning…in my case i have still not registered for the portal in the test site just enabled it in globals.

Because my IP address is different, I cannot replicate the white screen but I’m taken to the portal for patients instead when I clicked Portal Activity.

You are correct that the Registration page should pop up for you to complete the setup.

I checked the ACL & Patient Portal is in the Active column so it’s not a permission problem.

We need other forum members to pitch in because I’m stumped.

No blocking from firewall I presume?

We have made some modifications and it seems like working, can you check and let me know if there is any issue.

Hi Jacob…
The registration page is opening and I am able to register fine. but there is an issue…post registration.

After registering I get a zip file containg the vpn connection and password. I log in in to the VPN client with the client and the username and password supplied. \

The vpn is running absolutely fine

I enter the portal ID, Username and password into the globals

But as soon as I click “Portal Activity” it displays…wrong username or/and password. I am very sure of the password and the username. Please see

fsgl wrote on Tuesday, February 10, 2015:

Don’t you need to add the password as well in Globals post registration?

arnabnaha wrote on Tuesday, February 10, 2015:

I have added the password…after saving, the password dont show up any more…its normal…
