Office Ally errors FE15 - Billing Provider Tax ID Missing/Invalid

I’m running Version Number: v5.0.1 (6). Receiving an Invalid Tax ID Missing/Invalid with claim submission to Office Ally Clearing House.

Has anyone experience this issue. Any guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

hi @sovratec, did you fill out the Admin->Facilities page?
