Here is the Agenda for October 12, 2016 OEMR Board Meeting:

  1. Call to Order

  2. Approval of Minutes
    -September 14, 2016 Board Meeting.

  3. Financial Report

  4. MU2 Report

  5. Unfinished Business
    -Revocation status.
    -OpenEMR registration project.
    -Vote in Lou as a standard member (note this was done previously for all
    the other board members and Lou will need to be present at the meeting
    to do this).
    -Scott Wakefield was nominated for Board Member position by Brady Miller
    at prior Board Meeting.

  6. New Business
    -Conference outreach.
    -Raising funds.

  7. Next Meeting on November 9, 2016.

  8. Adjourn Meeting

Hi there, so reviewing OpenEMR as part of a MBA project. Blown away by OpenEMR, all the contriubtors to develop OpenEMR. Really great work. I work with a large network of providers and will definitely have no problem recommending OpenEMR as an alternative. Wish you all well; wish I had a talent to help.

Here are suggested fixes to board meeting minutes:

  1. In first paragraph, change Scott Wakefield to Stephen Waite
  2. Missing who seconded motion to make Scott a board member and regular member
