Here is the Agenda for July 13, 2016 OEMR Board Meeting:

  1. Call to Order

  2. Approval of Minutes
    -June 8, 2016 Board Meeting.

  3. Financial Report

  4. MU2 Report

  5. Roadmap Report

  6. Unfinished Business
    -Motion to pay $1,000 for updating the OpenEMR website and logo.

  7. New Business
    -WENO Exchange CEO, Tina Goodman, to discuss proposal for OEMR to derive
    funding from prescribing incentives and cash cards.
    -Update address with USPS.
    -Vote all Board Members in as Regular Members.

  8. Adjourn Meeting
