hi Shameem, I’d like to bring up transferring bank accounts under new business. Please consider this the motion to add to the agenda.

Here’s the draft motion to be submitted at the meeting:

OEMR shall close the Bank of America checking account after opening an account and transferring the funds to Heritage Family Credit Union, https://www.hfcuvt.com/

It’s a coop and participates in shared branches so can connect to thousands of branches nationally and worldwide, https://co-opcreditunions.org/locator/?ref=co-opsharedbranch.org&sc=1 , http://www.woccu.org/

hi, under Unfinished Business, Revocation status, we are still awaiting the letter from the IRS that will state their objection(s) to our reinstatement. Bradley Kuhn of the Software Freedom Conservancy has offered us assistance. I would like to get approval from the board to take them up on their kind offer.
