OEMR 7.0.4 upgrade Dashboard, Backup, and Portal Issues

Situation
My upgrade from v 7.0.3 to v 7.0.4 has developed some glitches. 1) The Patient Dashboard GUI does not appear from the Demographic section and below.

  1. The internal Backup does not work (and didn’t in v 7.0.3 either).

  1. The Patient Portal did not pull up pending documents for review (they must not have migrated over) and I am unable to approve the pending documents to pull them out of review status (something I was working on in v 7.0.3 that I was hoping would resolve with the upgrade).

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.0.3 to 7.0.4

Browser:
I’m using: Windows Edge, Chrome, and DuckDuckGo browser

Operating System
I’m using: Windows 11, Docker Desktop, with images openemr/openemr 7.0.4, mariadb 10.6, and reverse proxy nginx latest.

Yes. I would be interested in discussing. I was able to correct the dashboard issue. There was a collation mismatch between version 7.0.3 and 7.0.4. I’m not worried about fixing the backup issue anymore, but I have not been successful in getting the portal to work properly. I’ve pulled image 7.0.4: latest, 7.0.4.0-2025-12-24, and 7.0.3.4-2025-9-24. None of them work.
