I managed to make an OB form that can calculate the LMP/EDC/Weeks+Days. (Provide one, and it will calculate the rest)
How do I add it to the contributed forms?

Hi @mazdoc,
Couple of routes. First, if you are familiar with git and github you can fork our main repo and submit a pull request. If that’s not a viable option you can send me a private message with the form attached and I can work on getting it into the codebase (With the proper attribution or course)
