Does anyone have the OASIS form converted from paper to a form for openEMR? If so, can you share it?

Yes, I have about 25 variants on that form…. contact me directly as they are part of a project for one of my customers, not ready for full release yet.

OASIS is for home health nursing. Is that correct? Or, are there other uses.
This would be an interesting use for OpenEMR. My unserstanding is that Home health nursing billing is significantly different from Physician billing. Wouldn’t an entirely new module need to be written for billing Home Health Nursing?
Or, are you planning to just use OpenEMR for scheduling and documentation, then use a different system for billign?
By the way in the next 1-2 months, we will be adding to the calendar the ability to support map based scheduling-because I specialize in doing home physician visits and need a scheduling system that supports this. You might be interested in this project to help with your home health nursing scheduling. Let me know if you want to work together for this. If so, please contact me.
Keep your eyes open for my project.

David,
The OASIS forms are indeed for Home Health and I am deep (3+ months) into development of a version of OpenEMR for that purpose. I also have code for geocoding the appointment process for this purpose (and others). We should talk.

Yes, I would be interested in learning more about what you are doing and how it could help us as well. Did you and Tony ever get together on this?
