NPI: None U.S. Country

Good day,

We are running v5.0.1 (6), but we do not assign NPI codes here as none U.S. Do will assign NPI codes/numbers assigned here?

So basically the billing process will be different here, how do we deal with these errors when generating file:
Generating claim 3-13 for GUY GEORGE on 2019-08-20 06:23.
*** Billing facility has no NPI.
*** No billing facility NPI and/or ETIN.
*** Error: Insurance information is missing!
*** CMS ID is missing for payer ‘’.
*** This claim has no charges!
*** Rendering provider is billing under a group.
*** Skipping 2310B because DEAN,MATHEEWS has invalid NPI.

hi @Benzo, this billing is for the US, where will you be sending your claims?

Hello Ben, I am having problems with NPI too! I am outside USA and when trying to Add - New Referring Provider, it seems that NPI is mandatory, but we don´t have it! And I must import thousands of Referring Provider!

easier just to put dummy data in the npi field

I agree with @stephenwaite, there’s no easy way to not require the NPI field, so if you are importing many providers I would just use 0000000000 as the NPI for everybody since you won’t be using that feature
