Notes in the wrong place

Hi,

My client noticed there was a great potential of putting paitent’s notes in the wrong chart. Has anyone noticed these issues?

1. When putting in a new patient we have noticed that the note section stays on the last patient even though the demographics and header show to be in the new patients record. We need the note section to auto switch to the new patients record.

2. The note section needs to denote the name of the patient in the note window i.e. Note: Joe Doe so that the nures is for sure that she is entering the note for the right patient and that the record belongs to that patient

3. The nurse wants the delete button taken away. Is there a way to make the deletion of the note a admin only function? If it is easier just to take out the function and not make it an admin function that is fine also. They just don’t want the option there for audit purposes.

1. and 2.   If not done yet, please place this in the bug tracker, so we don’t lose track of this. Also give information:
OpenEMR version?
Does the same behavior happen in the wiki developer 4.0 demo?

3. This would be a good feature request on the tracker. Could wrap it with a acl.
