Is there a way to add new customized documents under Blank Forms menu in the Reports Menu?

A newly created Layout Based Visit Form will appear automatically in that part of the menu.

To print a new form related to an encounter with data, Patient Summary/Report.

First there is the Manual.

Second there are the WIKI Pages.

Third there are Search Functions.

If nothing of interest can be found and help is still needed please come back to the Forum.

You need to invest time in reading and understanding whatever OpenEMR is all about. That need reading, lost of reading.

Open-EMR.org => WIKI => Layout Based Visit forms… basic knowledge of computer software is required, but lots of information and examples are available.

First, When I decided to post that question on the forum that was because I don’t have enough time to spend in searching this was an urgent feature!

Second, For Sure if I have time I will investigate and search everywhere to get it!

how can you start working with OpenEMR if you don’t have time to investigate in Search for difficult topic like LBV-Forms?

For my personal information I must say I am more than curious about your profession, did you really manage to work with OpenEMR out of the box?
