We would like to add a dropdown list in new appointment window, any pointers?

Currently there is no Layout option available in OpenEMR to modify the appointment Form.

But it can be achievable by some code customization.

Please check this file /openemr/interface/main/calendar/add_edit_event.php and the Table is openemr_postcalendar_events
