I am in need of someone to jump into a project and pick up where someone left off.
Basically we have a couple of reports that need to be written, and it’s outside of my ability lvl.

Not that I’m volunteering, just asking for the benefit of the ones who may be interested in responding.
Could you give a few details on the project and the desired output?
Are specific tools necessary to be used? What’s the file format involved? And the timeline? Will these be taken from a stock OpenEMR or some custom fork? What access will be needed?
And any other details that may assist a prospective contractor in deciding what the job entails…
