NationNotes Field X is too long

The Client has put together a nice batch of NationNotes Forms and suddenly this started showing up.
After adding the text to a nationnotes form and clicking on save and then clicking on save again to save to the encounter we endup with the following error message on all NationNotes forms.

"ERROR: Field ‘ADSCESS_ASPIRATION’ is too long:

123"

Hi,
Please add zero in maximum  size field while crating a LBF form.
