I am trying to create soap form using nation notes. I am not able to correctly decide the values for data column and label column so that soap are aligned one below the other and when pdf is generated using report, s o a p are properly printed. Kindly help

To align the SOAP note created using nation notes, you need to give proper alignment in the data column and label column of layout based forms. Do refer to the screen shot attached, for the correct values of cols to use to align the SOAP note properly.
