Situation
When at the messages screen, you click on the blue name, which brings you to that patient’s message as below:
Now you click on the blue name again to open the patient’s chart.
It opens the chart but up pops this Patient name: box that has to be closed by clicking on the red X in the upper right hand corner of the box.
Is this supposed to happen? Why does it pop up this box?
