we are facing this issue , till yesterday it was working fine , but now it is not loading the login page need your help on urgent basis

You’ve given no details on your operating system, how you installed OpenEMR, what upgrades you or someone else on your staff has made to the underlying OS, docker, or other installations. The screenshot you’ve provided of the logs have information cut off.
Without that information people won’t be able to help you. Things don’t just break, someone had to have made a change that is causing your OpenEMR installation to not connect to the database.
