My db don't have lang_id = 1 on table lang_definitions

I try install but when i open login page have error.
Notice : Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in D:\PHP\openemr\library\translation.inc.php on line 44

i debug and have root of error is db don’t have lang_id = 1 on table lang_definitions.

Anyone have this data.
