We are a medical billing company doing medical billing for various Groups( with one or more physicians with shared patient information) or Different Physicians with completely different billing/patient/insurance payor information unrelated to any other configured practise location.
Is it possible in OpenEMR to configure multiple practises.

I’ll leave the final verdict to some of the veterans of OpenEMR but as a developer for an Agency with 100+ providers I can say that it works well for our needs.
However, we’re a single monolithic Agency with many practice locations. All client information can be shared and all billing goes into a single system (SSIMed). So we’re not quite like your company.
Since you’re a billing company you might want to look into a system more specific to billing and less related to practice management and client medical record keeping.
