Multiple calendars sometimes

I believe this happens when you return from scheduling an appointment. The calendar screen shows every calendar instead of just the person who is logged in (as happens when you first log in). Which is the correct view and how can one set it so that a person who is logged in can view everyone’s schedule?

A non-provider sees everyone’s schedule by default.  Otherwise you can select “All Users” from the listbox and then click the Filter button.

There are many things with the calendar that need to be worked on.  For example these changed settings are not retained when you leave the calendar view and then come back.

A while back Pennington told me they were going to be rewriting the calendar stuff, but I have no idea where that project stands.
