If you changed line 246 to true in globals.php

then the front-desk who clicked arrived status will saved as the provider for that visit…

I made this change last week and forget about that.

I had to think today the entire time why my office MAs suddenly became

doctors ……… .

$GLOBALS = false;  (keep false til bug is fixed)
