We’ve done mySQL dump of the database, but need help on how to take this to the aws instance. The version we used in-house was OpenEMR 4.1 and 4.2.0 (3)
Only successful install, noted here, with Windows server.
Because they had IIS enabled, there was a problem with Apache running on the same port.
Try installing the Ubuntu packages for 4.1 & 4.2, backup each version & use the restore script for each version.
The backup script does not work across different versions. If the backup was done in 4.1, restore script will only work to recover in another copy of 4.1.
Hello, I have a new install on EC2 Ubuntu instance. Everything is pretty solid on the free tier offering. I do have one issue and that is documents tab on the patient summary results in error 500. Not blaming it on EC2 instance but that is why I ended up here searching and came accross this posting.
Yes, the first time I did install the .deb package. Last night i blew it all away and installed using the zip and everything works now. I felt with all my messing around get ftp to work with netbeans that permissions got messed up so it was time to snapshot and clean slate it.
