Upgrade from v6.0.0(3) to v7.0.0

Thank you @stephenwaite for your support I just did recommended configuration, but no any changes, still same error /var/www/html/openemr$ sudo a2enmod rewrite [sudo] password for nerik: Enabling module rewrite. To activate the new configuration, you need to run: systemctl restart apache2 “sudo systemctl reload apache2”

I did all recommendations to resolve the issue with module link , but is not working for me.
And also I cant find openemr.conf file in the /etc/apache2/sites-available/openemr.conf file.
File not exist.
