As many of you know, a group of volunteer open source developers (GitHub - GoTeamEpsilon/purpose: The purpose, format, and projects of Team Epsilon) will soon be releasing GitHub - GoTeamEpsilon/OpenEMR-Cloud: (MOVED: https://github.com/openemr/openemr-devops) A production grade solution for facilities and hospitals to run their OpenEMR v5 installation in the cloud., which is a ~$150/month production grade solution for facilities and hospitals to run their OpenEMR v5 installation in the cloud. It is also HIPAA/BAA friendly!
However, there is another big ticket item that needs to be delivered… an AWS LightSail version of the cloud solution that is cheaper (~$5-$20/month) for those with very low resources. While secure and packed with great backup and reliablity features, the solution will have less bells and whistles, of course.
