Missing Site ID - intermittent and only on one user

I have one user who consistently gets “missing site ID” errors. Typically they show up when an invoice is selected after a search in the “posting” page (sl_eob_search.php).

Are there browser settings or system settings that might contribute to this?

I’m on the same network as this user and I don’t see the problem myself.

hi @KyleNave, think this bug was fixed a little while back, what version are you running?

To answer your questions, there aren’t any normal or immediate settings that may help. If it was a server resource problem i.e memory, handles etc, i’d expect to see other errors besides be logged out.

Above is the best detail we have received concerning this issue(if wasn’t resolved already in patch 3 or 4 I believe). Does the user generally have more than one patient tab opened or many other tabs possibly? Is s(he) mainly using areas of app that you or others may not normally be using ie maybe concentration on billing. Anything that is unique about this user’s activity compared to others could go a long way here. Meantime, i’ll look into postings.
Really do need to know version and patch level you folks are on(as Stephen requested).

Heavily modified 5.0.1…

It’s going to be a nightmare getting back into the fold. We’re using it only for billing but the practice we use it for has about 15 providers in 7 locations so its a pretty large volume and the billing module needed a lot of work.

To be clear - 5.0.1, no patches.

I hear ya friend. I haven’t hear much on this since Brady strategically added some restore sessions which seemed to fix the various ways I was able to recreate problem previously so yeah, check out patches which I believe wont be to hard to get into the custom code.
