For testing I pulled the latest rel-502 image. The dockers started up fine.
I choose the MFA route during setup for the Administrator and scanned the QR code using the Google App. The answer from Google was this is not a valid QR code.
I then scanned it with Authy and it worked. Not sure if that is a bug or maybe the Google App wasn’t setup correctly on my end?

To be honest, I never tested with the Google App. Is this the Google Authenticator?

I did a quick test with the Google Authenticator app on android and it worked. Are you using the Google Authenticator? Maybe need to get most recent version. Let us know how it goes.

Yes Google Authenticator App but on an IOS iphone 6
