Is there any way to view “sent” messages (inner office) other than within the individual chart?
Also, is there a provision for messages to be dated with the “reply or forward” date on it instead of the origination date? We have a physician who takes FOREVER to respond to messages.
Would be great if it was a bit more like a true email feature to better track messages and communications re: patients. Hoping I am just missing something?
