Just out of curiosity I was wondering if there are any users involved in mental health field? If so, how do you use openemr for that endeavour? Are you using custom forms? If you are would you elaborate on them?

Our company supports several Mental Health practices and one thing I have noticed is how individualized and different they all are from each other, much more than medical practices are. In some cases the standard OpenEMR encounter workflow does not fit their routine; in others they have not used many of OpenEMR’s features. Virtually all of them have created custom forms and reports, or have modified OpenEMR’s capabilities to perform tasks specific to mental health.

@Nilesh_Hake Do you have plans to make your customization available to the OpenEMR community? It might be a very useful tool for a lot of people.
