Hello everyone!
I’m a senior Undergraduate student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi. I worked with lablua in Google summer of code 2019 as a student and successfully completed the GSoC project last year. I have worked on a few web development projects which included working with MySQL, SQLite and MongoDB databases. I am quite proficient in MySQL , Javascript , docker and html.
I would like to contribute towards the project - Modernize Database.

Thanks, @brady.miller, I was able to follow some of the resources you have provided here and I have successfully hosted the OpenEMR on my local machine, I’m currently working to fix a Bug listed on the OpenEMR Github page.
It’s such a great pleasure to join the OpenEMR Community and I hope to Undertake my GSoC with the OpenEMR and make a significant contribution. Fortunately, I got to know about the GSoC program 10days ago and I don’t know if I’m late to start my proposal now. big thanks to everyone who has built the community over the years.

Hello Everyone!
My name is Khudhur Mohammed, I’m currently a 4th year medical student,
I’m not part of GSoC program, but I thought that it would be nice to meet all of you; fellow contributors, I hope to get to know you all.
I’ve been programming occasionally since 2015, but I’ve never worked on an open-source software before, nor an EMR software.
I worked with Web (JS/PHP), Databases (the bare basics), C language (GPU programming). I also worked with Linux (Administration), and I use it as my OS sometimes, so I’m kinda familiar with basic commands/git/web-servers/bash-scripting.
I like designing, I use illustrator/photoshop, I can design UI/posters/icons/…etc
I’m really looking forward contributing to this project.
(Please PM me about the details on how I can be part of this project)
I see this as an opportunity to contribute,
to meet new people,
and to learn.

my name is Nikos Kyriakoulis. I am studying Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in Software Development, currently in my final year, in the University of Patras, Greece. I am also the Leader of the IT Team in EESTEC , contributing volunteeringly to improving the Association’s IT infrastructure.
I am highly interested in the “Moderdizing the Styling and User Interface” project, because I believe it fits both my skills and my interests.

My name is Gayatri Patil, I’m an Undergraduate Student pursuing Computer Engineering(3rd Year) from the University of Mumbai, India.
I have been programming for 2 years as a full-stack web developer and would love to be a part of OpenEMR and explore the open-source platform. I have worked on developing websites for the college admission and placement procedures, and for hackathons as well with various team members.
Skill Set: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, JQuery, PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Vue.js, C, Python, Heroku
Thank @brady.miller, I was able to follow the resources you have provided and the discussions have helped me get a clear idea of the functioning of OpenEMR. I have successfully hosted the OpenEMR on my local machine and I’m currently working to fix a bug listed on the OpenEMR Github page.
After going through all the discussions and resources, I would like to contribute to “Part 1 of the Project Support MAR” as discussed in the project community. I’m looking forward to getting my application reviewed and contribute to this GSOC Project.

Looks like you’ve both already researched OpenEMR and found a project to focus on.
Recommend working on some issues on github and getting in a proposal in very soon (if possible, have one of the mentors look it over).

Hello everyone, I am Abdul from Nigeria, i am a Registered Nurse and web developer. Though i found out about the summer code lately i still managed to draft a proposal. i am very passionate about the telehealth project because i have been working with telemedicine applications and devices for a while now.
