I wanted to know how to print the whole medical recoerd and what need to be done prior to printing. I have e-signed the document

See if this doesn’t give you what you need:
Open the Patient record and in the dashboard select ‘Report’
The CCR/ CCD reports at the top of the screen (below) have useful information but I think what you’re looking for is in the ‘Patient Report’ section.
In the left side select the checkboxes of which types of data to send. The right half of the display will list every encounter and the forms that it contains. In a well- populated pt record, this list will be quite long. You can send along some or all the forms.
Note that in the ‘Patient Report’ section you can click any of the ‘Generate Report’ or ‘Download PDF’ buttons and all the items selected in that section will be included in the report.
