I am looking for vocabularies used in Europe for medical coding. Typically they differ from country to country, but most of them built after ICD. Ministries of Health web pages usually help a lot for me, but it is really tough to go throw all of this native-speaker oriented sites, plus there is no guarantee this information is comprehensive.
Can you help me find medical coding system used in Europe?

Yes, I know about SNOMED and other vocabularies. It’s a problem to connect vocabularies with countries they are used in. And for what: different vocabularies can be used for medical devices and medical conditions.
