Is MedEx still working in version 7? There have been a couple of discussions, but I wasn’t sure if it actually works and if I can still sign up for service. I tried to email support at MedEx, but didn’t get a response.

Yes its working fine in openemr version 7.
I have also tried and not very successful in my first attempt. My mistakes are
1.I have tried in local host not worked.
2.I have tried with my personal mail id to contact for solution I didnt got response.
So, try in live link and Email id as organization mail id, it will work.
