Does anyone know where we can go and get the below information requirement from CMS Auditor
Proof of Access- We are unable to verify that the EP had access to a Certified Electronic Health Record Technology system during the attestation period based on the documentation submitted. An example of sufficient documentation would be a letter from the vendor stating the product name and version number of the EHR system utilized by the EP during the period of 7/1/14-9/30/14.
If the client has documentary proof of the receipt of the CMS EHR Certification Number & that it was used during the attestation, it would be good, too.
… the OEMR 501c3 (oemr.org) will be happy to provide you with a zero
dollar ($0.00) receipt on OEMR letterhead. Please provide screen shot of
the installed version (or the contents of version.php) and the date it was
installed to president@oemr.org and consider a generous donation to the
cause. See the donation links on the main project page open-emr.org or in oemr.org.

Thanks you guys for the information. I will get with the practice and we’ll take care of president@oemr.org and see if I can’t get some of that stimulus money. openEMR has been good to them.
