I am not a dev… but searching the forum for other ‘forbidden’ errors shows people talking about permission errors, as this one.

Can not view scanned document

Well I fixed this problem by moving from shared hosting to a VPS

i am on a droplet from digitalocean, and very happy with the speed etc.
Affordable too.
