Hi all. I installed yesterday evening two times (files deleted and db deleted and recreated) openEMR on my hosting at 1ahosting.ch. Version: 4.1.2 (3) - Link: http://www.softfusion.ch/dev/openemr/interface/login/login_frame.php?site=default

Although I am 1000% sure, that I am typing the correct password for the user admin, I have no chance at all to login.

I would love to get familiar with openEMR, but for that, I would need to be able at least to login.
Can you please tell me, how I can fix that?

I was able to reset the config to 0 (sqlconf file at xampp\htdocs\openemr\sites\default), and entered all passwords again.

OpenEMR Setup

Step 3

Configuring OpenEMR…

Connecting to MySQL Server… OK.
Creating database… ERROR. Check your login credentials. unable to execute SQL: ‘create database openemr character set utf8 collate utf8_general_ci’ due to: Can’t create database ‘openemr’; database exists

Hello GK,

You have database named “openemr” in your database so use DROP command to delete the existing “openemr” database by loggin to the database server or you can give the database name other than “openemr” in step 3 : “Database Name:” part.
