Login-error in Claim File Tracker

Hi all,

I’m currently using OpenEMR version 7.0.0 and have configured Office Ally as an X12 partner. I’ve entered all the correct information and credentials. However, when I create a new encounter and submit it through the Billing Manager, the batch file in the claim file tracker shows as “waiting.” After a few hours, the status changes to “login-error.”

I have verified that my Office Ally credentials, as well as the host, port, and other configurations, are correctly set. To troubleshoot, I used the same credentials and settings in a dummy environment running OpenEMR version 7.0.2, and the batch file was successfully sent to Office Ally.
I’m struggling to understand why I’m receiving a “login-error” on my production version (7.0.0), while it works fine in the dummy environment (7.0.2). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as we are facing significant challenges managing this manually.

Hi can anyone help me out here. I am able to login to Office Ally with my credential but in OpenEMR why I am getting login-error? Please help me out I am stuck here and need a solution desperately.

Do you use the SFTP credentials from OfficeAlly in this screen? This is different from the OfficeAlly login.
