I performed an upgrade to 5.0 and it works well but I cannot access old documents; I know there is a way to open the backup file and move the files that are inaccessible but I need some guidance. Any help for this?The current error is in the document directory under patients which states the files are locked.
Need more like what OS, PHP version? What process for upgrade?
